By stepping into this role, you’re making a commitment to co-create something extraordinary: an inclusive, sustainable, multi-generational neighborhood designed for connection, affordability, and belonging. As a Founding Member, you play an active role in shaping our community’s vision and values—from design choices and shared spaces to decision-making processes and financial planning. You’ll also secure priority in unit selection, giving you early access to choose the home that best fits your needs.

This is more than a real estate investment—it’s a chance to invest in a way of life rooted in purpose and mutual care. Your participation and financial commitment help bring Gratitude Village to life, funding essential pre-construction work like architectural plans, permits, engineering, and legal support. Founders are part of every major milestone along the journey to breaking ground and beyond.

💰 Financial Commitment:
• $5,000 Reservation Deposit to secure your unit priority
• All deposits are credited toward your home purchase

📌 Important Notes:
• Deposits fund essential pre-construction costs (design, permits, legal fees, etc.)
• If the project does not proceed, we will attempt to prorate refunds after covering expenses. In the worst-case scenario, your deposits become tax-deductible donations to our 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
• If the community proceeds and life circumstances change, you may transfer your reservation to another qualified household. In that case, deposits will be refunded after build-out, with 10% interest accrued from the date of your withdrawal.
