You are entitled to cancel your membership at anytime without giving any reason for doing so.

Explorer Membership fees and donations are non-refundable, as are tickets to events. Founding Membership fees are refundable once the community is built out and you will earn interest of 10% on your fees starting from the date you withdraw your membership until the date that you are paid.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
